Map every hour of a typical week, then see how your time actually divides between school, work, and yourself. Nothing here is graded on being pretty — it is graded on being honest.
How to use this tool (and how to work it from the keyboard)
Pick a category from the buttons below. Type an optional short activity name next to it.
Select the hour blocks in the grid where that activity happens. Selecting a filled block again with the same category clears it.
Switch to Mark as flexible and select the hours you could move around if you had to. Those blocks get a striped pattern and a ✦ symbol.
Read your totals, then answer the two reflection questions at the bottom.
Save your work with Print / Save as PDF, Copy summary, or Download save file.
Keyboard
Tab moves between the toolbar, the grid, and the buttons. The grid is a single tab stop.
Inside the grid, Arrow keys move between hour blocks; Home / End jump to the start or end of a day row; Page Up / Page Down jump to the top or bottom of a column.
Enter or Space applies the current category. Delete or Backspace clears a block.
Hold Shift while selecting to fill everything between your last block and this one, down the same day.
Every block is also readable as a normal table cell, so screen reader table navigation works as expected. Colour is never the only signal — each category also carries a letter code.
Step 2 — Block out your week
One row per hour from 5 AM through 4 AM. Select a block to apply the category you chose above.
