Semester Workflow Graph

Rate how heavy each week of the term will be before it arrives. The point is not the picture — it is spotting the pile-up early enough to move something.

How to use this tool
  1. Optionally enter the Monday your term starts, so each week is labelled with real dates.
  2. For each week, choose an impact level: 0 nothing scheduled, 1 low, 2 medium, 3 high, 4 very high. Half-steps are there if you need them.
  3. Account for major deadlines, job responsibilities, due dates, travel, family events — anything that eats a week.
  4. Note what is driving each heavy week. "Very high" with no reason attached is a guess; "very high — thesis draft + two shifts + wedding" is a plan.
  5. Read the crunch analysis below the chart, then use the notes box for what you intend to do about it.

Everything is keyboard operable. The chart is decorative — the week table below it holds the same information in text, and screen reader users can work entirely from that table.
