Wheel of Life

The sections represent different aspects of life, or of whatever this wheel is scoped to. With the center as 1 and the outer edge as 10, rank satisfaction with each area. The new perimeter is the wheel. If this were a real wheel, how bumpy would the ride be? Rename the areas below to the client's Primary Focus areas, or apply a preset. The title above is editable too.

Areas · rename, score, and say why
Eight areas or fewer, so the wheel stays readable. Every area must be a state the client can rate for satisfaction, so "finish the dissertation" is a goal while "Research Progress" is an area. On a life-wide wheel, keep at least one area that has nothing to do with work; a domain wheel (career, business, program) is exempt, but pair it with a life wheel in the same session. Under each area, the note is for the rationale: what makes it that number, in the client's own words. The wheel shows the score; the note is where the session actually lives. Renaming keeps the score and the note; applying a preset clears both and resets scores to 5.
